IAL is one of the most successful training organizations in Italy; it has more than 200 agencies. Moreover, Ial is the training organization of the CISL workers’ trade union, which is one of the most important Italian trade union.

The head office of IAL Emilia Romagna is located in Bologna. For over 30 years IAL Emilia Romagna has been dealing with many different activities and services aimed at improving the people’s professional training, the firms’ competitiveness and the development of the local economic and social systems.

A managing director is put in charge of IAL Emilia Romagna and has to manage the agencies of Emilia Romagna through two Area directors: one for IAL Emilia (Modena, Reggio Emilia, Parma e Piacenza), and the other one for IAL Romagna (Bologna, Ferrara, Ravenna, Forlì-Cesena, Rimini).
